P. Townend, rider of Keith's Delight trained by P.A.Fahy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was never travelling before being pulled up in the back straight.

Eoin Griffin, trainer of Azorian, reported to the Office of the Governing Bodies on Friday, 14th February 2014 that his charge had a wind operation on Wednesday, 12th February 2014.

The Stewards enquired into an incident at the final fence involving Carlingford Lough, ridden by A.P. McCoy, unseated and Don Cossack (GER), ridden by B.J. Cooper, placed second, where it appeared Carlingford Lough suffered interference causing him to unseat. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion B.J. Cooper was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly and having taken his good record in this regard into account, they suspended him for 6 racedays.

B.J. Cooper, rider of Art Of Payroll (GER), trained by D. T. Hughes, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount collided with a faller at the second last hurdle and lost ground but ran on well in the closing stages.

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Tammys Hill, ridden by Mr R.P. McNamara, winner, and On The Fringe, ridden by Ms N. Carberry, placed second, where it appeared Tammys Hill suffered interference. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion Ms N. Carberry was in breach of Rule 214 in that she had ridden carelessly, and having taken her good record into account, they suspended her for 2 racedays.
